I've changed my mind, can i return the product for a refund?

We want you to be happy with your purchases. You can send the product back to us for an exchange or store credit on your account providing the product is in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all paperwork, manuals, instructions and accessories.

You are responsible for the freight cost of returning the item and will have to pay a further delivery fee for the new item.

All returns must be made within a 30 day period.

I've received a faulty product, what should I do?

We are committed to keeping you, the customer happy and to selling high quality products. We acknowledge that even the highest quality toys can sometimes have their faults. Please contact us via phone ( 06 858 7152 ) or via email (sales@pollystoys.co.nz) and we will endeavor to offer assistance. If we can not resolve the issue easily we will provide instructions to return the item back to us.

Why have I been charged a cancellation fee?

Due to a rise in administrative costs we will charge a one off cancellation fee of $5.00 if an order has already been picked and packed.
