How much is shipping within New Zealand?
We like to keep things simple:

Urban Delivery: $7.50 per order

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes, in many areas we can arrange Saturday delivery.

Who do you ship with?
We use New Zealand Post or New Zealand Couriers, depending on your location and order size.
Both are reliable and do a great job getting happy parcels to your door.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We’d be delighted to help.
Just email sales@pollystoys.co.nz with your delivery address and we’ll come back to you with a quote and options.
📦 Tracking, Delivery & Signatures
Is my order tracked?
Absolutely. All orders are sent with Track & Trace.
We’ll email your tracking number as soon as your parcel heads out.
Signature on delivery
Signatures are optional:

Standard shipping is Authority to Leave (the courier may leave it somewhere safe if you're not home).

Prefer a hand-to-hand delivery?
Select “Signature Required” at checkout — this adds +$2.
If Signature Required is selected and no one is home:
The courier will leave a card so you can rebook delivery or arrange collection from your nearest depot.
Delivery Timeframes:
We always aim to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible:

North Island (Urban): 1–2 working days

South Island (Urban): 2–3 working days

Rural: Please allow an extra 1–2 working days
During busy periods (especially Christmas 🎄), couriers may need a little more time.
🛍 Click & Collect from our Store
Can I Click & Collect?
Yes, of course! Select Click & Collect at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup from our Waipukurau store.
What about “Online Only” products?
These are items we store off-site.
They can still be Click & Collected, just please allow 3–5 working days for them to arrive in store.
